These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Villa Paint Costa Blanca website and the provision of painting services requested through the website.

1. Service Provider

The services described on this website are provided by:

Business name: Villa Paint Costa Blanca

Email: villapaintcostablanca@gmail.com

Telephone: +34 602 071 365

2. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of Villa Paint Costa Blanca or any third party.

You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or malicious purposes.

3. Painting Services

Villa Paint Costa Blanca provides professional painting and property finishing services, including interior and exterior painting for residential properties.

The exact scope of each project will depend on the individual property, surfaces, preparation requirements, materials, access conditions and agreed specification.

Services may vary depending on the circumstances of each project.

4. Quotations

Requests submitted through this website or through WhatsApp are enquiries and do not automatically constitute a binding contract for the provision of services.

Where appropriate, a quotation will be provided based on the information available and the requirements of the property.

A quotation may be subject to confirmation following inspection of the property or further discussion of the required work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, a quotation should not be interpreted as a guarantee that additional work or unforeseen requirements will not arise.

5. Acceptance of Work

A painting project will proceed once the scope of work, price, timing and relevant conditions have been agreed between the customer and Villa Paint Costa Blanca.

Any material changes to the agreed scope may require a revised quotation or additional agreement.

6. Property Access

The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the agreed times so that the contracted work can be carried out.

If access is unavailable or significantly restricted, this may affect the timing of the project.

The customer should inform Villa Paint Costa Blanca in advance of any access restrictions, security requirements or other conditions that may affect the work.

7. Preparation and Existing Surfaces

Painting results may depend on the condition, construction and previous treatment of the surfaces being painted.

Where necessary, surfaces may require preparation before the application of paint or coating products.

Existing defects, structural problems, damp, moisture, movement, cracking or other underlying issues may affect the appearance or durability of a finished surface.

Where such conditions are identified, additional preparation or remedial work may be recommended.

8. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the requested work.

The customer should also disclose any known issues that may affect the painting project, including known moisture problems, leaks, structural movement or previous surface treatments.

Personal belongings and valuable items should be removed or secured by the customer where reasonably necessary before work begins.

9. Colours and Finishes

Where the customer selects a specific colour, finish or product, the customer is responsible for confirming that the selected option is suitable for the intended application.

Minor differences in colour or appearance may occur depending on lighting, surface condition, previous colours and the characteristics of the selected product.

10. Project Timing

Any estimated project start date or completion time is provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include weather conditions, access restrictions, unforeseen surface preparation, material availability or additional work identified during the project.

11. Payment

Payment arrangements, including any deposit, instalments, payment dates or final balance, will be agreed with the customer before or during the project as applicable.

The customer is responsible for paying agreed amounts within the agreed payment period.

Any additional work requested by the customer may be subject to additional charges agreed before that work is carried out, where reasonably practicable.

12. Cancellation or Changes

If you need to cancel, postpone or substantially change an agreed project, please contact Villa Paint Costa Blanca as soon as possible.

Any cancellation charges, deposits or other financial consequences will depend on the individual agreement and applicable law.

13. Guarantee

Where a specific guarantee is expressly offered for a particular service or project, the terms, duration and scope of that guarantee will be communicated to the customer.

A guarantee does not normally cover damage or deterioration caused by circumstances outside the workmanship or materials covered by the relevant guarantee, including structural movement, persistent moisture, leaks, impact, misuse or unauthorised alterations.

Any specific written guarantee supplied for a project will take precedence over general information displayed on this website where the two differ.

14. Defects or Concerns

If you believe there is a problem with completed work, please contact Villa Paint Costa Blanca as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue.

We will review the reported issue and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable opportunity to inspect the relevant work.

15. Damage and Liability

Reasonable care will be taken to protect the property and surrounding areas during the work.

However, the customer acknowledges that painting and preparation work takes place in and around existing property, fixtures and surfaces.

Villa Paint Costa Blanca will not be responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, structural problems or deterioration that becomes apparent during or after the work unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Photographs and Completed Projects

Where photographs of completed work are used on the website, they may be used to illustrate the type and quality of services provided.

Individual projects may differ in size, condition, materials, colour, finish and requirements.

17. Intellectual Property
